Morgantown, WV (WOAY) – A team to keep an eye on this upcoming Fall is West Virginia Univeristy women’s soccer team. They are currently ranked No. 1 nationally going into soccer season. That is the first time in program history that the team has ever received such a high preseason ranking. The Mountaineers have clinched the Big 12 Conference titles three times in the past four years. WVU will open their season to Georgetown in Washington D.C on August 18th at 4:00 p.m.
