MOUNT HOPE (WOAY)- United Way is in the process of tree decorating.
At the JW Ruby & Hazel Welcome Center on highway 19, United Way will be hosting the Wonderland of Tree this Friday until November 16th.
There will be 35 different Christmas trees. Everyone will be able to vote on the best and it is all for a good cause. All of the trees will be auctioned off and the proceeds will go to the United Way of southern West Virginia. There will be a lot of activities going on.
“This is the first year we included activities into the festival. This Saturday we have a craft fair so we will have craft vendors set up here inside at the Ruby Welcome Center. We will also do wagon rides, s’mores, and bonfire” said Kacy Burgess the executive assistant of United Way.
