WOAY-TV (Oak Hill, WV): Ice has been seen across the Greenbrier Valley while it has mainly been rainy across the lowlands. We will continue to see rain tonight, clearing tomorrow for the day before getting more rain later in the evening from a different system.
From there, we will have on and off rain through Wednesday. It will then turn into snow, mainly in the mountains, as we move towards the weekend. After the snow, we will be bitter cold once again through the weekend with highs dipping into the 20s. Meteorologist Christian Boteler breaks down the details:
