Winter Storm Set to Commence This Afternoon

Did you see the red sky this morning? Well, it’s foretelling the next winter storm, set to kick off as flurries between 2-3 p.m.

Chief Meteorologist Chad Merrill has the latest on one of our radio partner’s morning show, Lake Country 3WS:

The details:

A total of about 4 inches of snow is expected, starting between 2-3 p.m. today as intermittent flurries.

Heaviest rates: After 9 p.m. today.

Clear cold with single digits early Sunday.

Few snow showers with about 1″ Monday night with another cold front.

Tuesday into Wednesday will bring another 3-5″ with an upper-low and reinforcing chill.
