White Sulphur Springs Police Department Accepting Applications For A Patrolman

WHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS, WV (WOAY) – The White Sulphur Springs Police Department is currently accepting applications for the position of patrolman.

Anyone, interested in applying, must contact the White Sulphur Springs Police Department to obtain an application. Applicants may call 304-536-1466, M – F between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm or pick up an application, in person, at 585 Main St., West, White Sulphur Springs, WV 24986. All applicants must be, at least, 21 years of age and have a high school diploma or GED, are required to pass an extensive background investigation, a written examination, a physical agility test, a polygraph test and a psychological examination. Prior to being hired, the applicant will be required to pass a drug/alcohol test and have a physical examination by a licensed physician. All applicants must have a valid WV driver’s license.

WV LEO Certified is preferred but is not required.

Applications must be submitted no later than 5:00 pm Friday, June 1, 2018
