West Virginia State Fair Safety Precautions Will Intensify

After the tragic incident that occurred at the Ohio State Fair, the West Virginia State Fair’s C.E.O. wants to be extra sure that all the rides here will be safe during the annual state fair that begins on August 10th.

Kelly Tuck-Willer Collins says that she’s been speaking with the company who provides the rides at the exposition hereto make sure all the rides are thoroughly inspected.

The fair also hires a 3rd party inspector from Florida to come to West Virginia to check out each carnival ride.

Collins says there will be an extra level of inspections on all rides that will be offered at the fair to ensure that there will be no surprises or tragedies.
