W.V. DOT Mourning The Loss Of One Of Their Workers

This month has been very tough for our DOT family. James Higginbotham passed away last week after suffering a heart attack while working at the St. Albans DOH garage.

James was an Equipment Operator with more than 6 years of service to the State of West Virginia. He is survived by his wife, three children, and five grandchildren.

Services will be held on Wednesday, December 20 at 11:00 a.m. at Brown United Methodist Church in Charleston. His fellow DOH employees who wish to attend are asked to wear their uniforms.

Please keep the Higginbotham family in your thoughts and prayers in the days to come. Service details: https://tinyurl.com/yb9u6p4z
