VIRGINIA (WOAY) – Virginia State Police are investigating a fatal two-vehicle crash in Buchanan County.
The crash occurred Dec. 6, 2018 at 11:37 a.m. on Route 460, more than a mile east of Route 638.
A 2005 Honda Civic was traveling along Route 460 when it crossed the center line and struck a VDOT snow plow.
The driver of the Honda, Randall S. Looney, 29, of Maxie, Va., died at the scene. He was not wearing a seat belt.
The driver of the snow plow was not injured in the crash.
The crash remains under investigation.
