HUNTINGTON– Governor Jim Justice officially announced this evening that he will be switching parties.
Justice made the announcement Thursday evening during a rally in Huntington for President Donald Trump. Justice had been a republican until 2015, when shortly before announcing his candidacy for governor he switched to democrat. Justice said a large part f his decision to switch back had to do with the push back he faced in trying to pass a state budget.
