UPDATE: Missing WVU Student Found

UPDATE: 12/3/18 9:00 P.M. (WOAY)- According to the West Virginia University Police Department, Tashala Turner has been found.

Officers tell Newswatch, Turner was located in Morgantown this evening and has been reunited with her family.

No other details are being released at this time.

UPDATE: MORGANTOWN, WV (WOAY) – The WVU Police are aware of the reports regarding WVU student TaShala Turner.

Officers have been in touch with her family, and while there is concern for TaShala’s wellbeing, this is a dynamic situation, they do not suspect foul play is involved at this time.

Police will continue to investigate this case.

MORGANTOWN, WV (WOAY) – West Virginia State Police need your help locating a missing WVU student.

Tashala Turner is 19-years-old,  5’5″, weighs 115 pounds, has blond hair, and green eyes.  She is a member of WVU Cross Country Team.

Turner was last seen on video surveillance at the juice bar at Evansdale campus in Morgantown, WV on Thursday, November 29th, 2018.

She drives a 2016-17 white Hyundai Tucson sport.

There have been bank transactions made on her account on 12/02/18 at Citgo Pats’ discount at 2110 US one south, Saint Augusta, Florida. She is from Morgantown, WV.
