BLUEFIELD, WV (WOAY) – Bluefield Police make a fourth arrest related to a shooting One suspect is still on the run.
Bluefield West Virginia Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating the following individuals related to shootings that occurred on Preston Street and North Street in Bluefield, WV.
Deoantre Dowell is still wanted.
The individuals have warrants for their arrest for Wanton Endangerment, Attempted Murder and other charges, please do not approach these individuals, they are considered armed and dangerous, call 911 or the Bluefield West Virginia Police Department at (304)-327-6101option 1 with any information or send us a message via Facebook.
Three arrests have already been made in connection with this shooting, William Carter, Dushawn Dowell, and an unnamed juvenile, Detective K.L. Adams is in charge of this investigation.

William Carter is charged with Wanton Endangerment involving a firearm, Conspiracy, Conspiracy to inflict injury to persons or property, Punishment of principals in the second degree, Attempts to commit an offense, and unlawful shooting at another street or public resort. He is in the Southern Regional Jail under a 250,000 dollar cash only bond.
