Fayetteville, WV (WOAY)- Get ready to lace up your sneakers and break out those ugly sweaters for a festive night of fun and fitness at Fayette County Park.
The Ugly Sweater Fun Run and Walk sprints to town on December 7, giving families a unique way to enjoy the Winter Wonderland light display.
This is not a race.
Participants can go at their own pace and even make as many laps as they’d like, with five laps adding up to a full 5K.
The cost is $10 per person, and kids 12 and under can participate for free.
Participants should arrive between 4:30 p.m. and 4:50 p.m., with the fun officially kicking off at 5:00 p.m.
Don’t forget to dress to impress or distress for a chance to win prizes in the Ugly Sweater Runway and “Deck the Stroller” contests.
