Uber to Begin Serving Entire State of WV

WHEELING– Uber announced today that they will now be serving the entire state of West Virginia.

Last July the taxi service began offering services in Morgantown and Charleston, but now the entire mountain state can enjoy hiring a private driver to pick you up.

According to a press release, wait times may be a little longer in these new areas at first, until more people sign up to be drivers.

To ride, simply download the Uber app, set your location and you will see the cost of your ride, as well as the picture of the driver. You can also track how close your driver is.

To drive, you can sign up online at uber.com. You choose when you want to drive, anytime day or night, 365 days a year. To track how much you are making, just use the app.

Both drivers and riders then get to rate each other at the end of the trip.
