West Virginia (WOAY)—The U.S. Marshals Southern District of West Virginia CUFFED Task Force is asking for the public’s help locating a wanted man.
U.S. Marshals and Homeland Security investigators are searching for 48-year-old Tiwan Robert Bailey, aka “Quick,” in connection with a federal indictment for interfering with commerce using violence or threats of violence.
Bailey has strong ties to Rand, and investigators believe he is using his network within that area to remain at large.
Bailey is an African American male with black hair and brown eyes. He is 6 feet 4 inches tall and weighs approximately 250 pounds.
Authorities report Bailey often visits the eastern portion of Kanawha County with multiple family members living in Charleston’s West Side.
Investigators believe Bailey is aware officers are searching for him and is evading law enforcement.
Authorities state that because his criminal history includes acts of violence, he should be considered armed and dangerous.
U.S. Marshals are offering up to $5,000 for information leading to Bailey’s arrest.
Anyone with information about Bailey’s location can call the USMS Tip Hotline at 1-877-926-8332 or the USMS Southern District of West Virginia at 304-347-5136.
