MILTON, WV (WOAY) – Two arrested for drugs and having a baby squirrel.
Milton Police initiated a traffic stop for speeding, Ptl Albert Collins and Sgt Kyle O’Dell arrested Robert Dickerson of Spencer for speeding, driving suspended, possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and conspiracy.
Additionally Allison Burgess, also of Spencer was charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and conspiracy. 5.6 grams of methamphetamine, suboxone, scales, bongs and $944 cash were seized.
Milton Police were assisted by Putnam County Sheriffs K-9 as Joe was not working today.
Dickerson was incarcerated in lieu of $52,000 bond and Burgess on $12,000 bond.
Burgess was additional charged by the WVDNR with possession of a baby squirrel.
