Two Arrested For Shoplifting At Rural King

MOUNT HOPE, WV (WOAY) – Two people are in jail for stealing tools at Rural King located at Crossroads Mall.

On Thursday, August 2, 2018, Adam Morgan, 35, and Leah Hensley, 25, were arrested after Morgan shoplifted a Milwaukee right angle drill and a Dewalt Reciprocating Saw. Morgan concealed them underneath his shirt and put them down his pants.  Hensley distracted employees and was Morgan’s lookout while he shoplifted the items.

After exiting the store, Morgan was confronted by an employee of Rural King about the items taken.  Morgan then pulled out a box cutter knife, opened it, and made threatening gestures toward the employee.
