Two Arrested For Crack Cocaine And Firearms In Welch

WELCH, WV (WOAY) – Two arrested for crack cocaine, narcotics, money, and a firearm.
On 08-16-2018 the McDowell County Sheriff’s Office along with members of the West Virginia State Police and the Southern Regional Drug and Violent Crime Task Force conducted a Search Warrant on a residence and executed warrants in the Welch are of McDowell County. Upon conducting the Search Warrant Officers found a large quantity of Crack Cocaine, Other Narcotics, a sum of Money, A firearm along with items consistent to selling Narcotics. Deputies arrested a Ryan Scott Burnoski DOB: 12-19-1986 a B/M from Welch and a Shiann Nicole Brooks DOB 12-20-1994 a W/F of Welch.
Ryan  Burnoski was charged with the following
8 Counts Delivery of a Schedule II controlled substance
1 count Possession of a Schedule II controlled substance
1 count Attempt to deliver a Schedule IV controlled substance
1 Count Felon in Possession of a Firearm
1 Count Felony Child Endangerment
1  Count of Maintaining a Dwelling for use of Selling Narcotics
Shiann Nicole Brooks was charged with the following
1 Count Possession of a Schedule IV controlled substance
1 Count Child Endangerment
1 Count Maintaining a Dwelling for use of Selling Narcotics
Ryan Burnoski was Arraigned before Magistrate Richard Vandyke and a bond of $300,000 was set. Shiann Nicole Brooks was arraigned before Magistrate Richard Vandyke and a Bond of $25,000 was set. Both were remanded into the McDowell County Holding unit awaiting Transport to the Southwestern Regional Jail
