OAK HILL, WV (WOAY) – Three are facing narcotics allegations in Fayette County.
Sheriff Mike Fridley says, on Monday evening, a Fayette County Sheriff’s Deputy made contact with a vehicle in the Oak Hill area due to it possibly being listed as stolen. After consent was provided to search the car, a sizable sum of heroin was located. All three occupants of the vehicle were arrested on the scene.
Jonathan Wayne Treadway, 34, of Oak Hill, was charged with Possession With Intent to Deliver Narcotics and Conspiracy to Commit a Felony.

LeeAnn Elkins, 44, of Oak Hill, was also charged with Possession With Intent to Deliver Narcotics and Conspiracy to Commit a Felony.

Marcus Alexander Briscoe, 24, of Oak Hill, is charged with Possession With Intent to Deliver Narcotics and Conspiracy to Commit a Felony. He is also charged with Obstruction, due to providing officers with an identity other than his own.
