Three Arrested In Bluefield For Marijuana And Cash

BLUEFIELD, WV (WOAY) – Three arrested after officers found marijuana and a large amount of cash.

On December 19, 2018, at 12:30 pm, Patrolman F.B. Ingole on Highway Safety Patrol observed a vehicle near Wythe Avenue in Bluefield, WV that failed to signal. During the traffic stop, a strong smell of marijuana was observed, and after a vehicle search, marijuana (.70 grams) and $1257.00 of US currency were discovered.

Arrested were :
Sonia Price
Jasmine Perry 
Christopher Lamont Jacks

All three subjects were charged with: Delivery of schedule I controlled substance and obstructing of an officer. All subjects were transported to Bluefield City Jail, processed per department guidelines and are currently awaiting arraignment for Magistrate Court.
