Teddy Allen to Transfer From WVU

WOAY – West Virginia University announced Thursday that freshman Teddy Allen will be transferring from the men’s basketball team after one season in Morgantown.

The forward from Omaha, Nebraska, scored an average of seven points per game with the Mountaineers in 2017-18, and was named Big 12 Newcomer of the Week in early January. He played in all 35 games off the bench as the Mountaineers made the Sweet 16.

Allen is the third player to transfer from WVU this offseason, after D’Angelo Hunter and Maciej Bender.
