Tazewell deputies pose for new Hot Cop calendar

TAZEWELL CO., VA (NEWS RELEASE) – The Tazewell County Sheriff’s Office is doing a unique fundraiser for its DARE Program this year by selling its first ever ‘Hot Cops’ Calendar.

Sheriff Hieatt says the calendar was “a fun and light hearted way for officers to show the community the human side of law enforcement.”

This 2018 Calendar features monthly photos of various Deputies in different parts of Tazewell County and the photos were done by a local photographer, Phyllis Blankenship, who wanted to help out with the project.  “The officers did this on their own time and I think had a good time doing it. On this calendar they show some good smiles and muscles all for a good cause”.

The calendars are being placed in local businesses around the county for donations. For information on the calendars please call Kathy Seabolt at the Sheriff’s Office at 988-1162.

These special calendars can be found not only at the Tazewell County Sheriff’s Office but also at these following businesses: Crazy Horse I, Crazy Horse II, Lee’s Cargo, New Graham Knives, Margaret’s Country Corner, Between Friends, 4-Way Pharmacy, Grants in Tazewell, Trader Jerrys, Grants in Richlands, Darrell’s Super Save, and the Old Tyme Country Store.
