NICHOLAS CO., WV (WOAY) – Amy Roberts was killed Sunday on WV Rt. 39 near Gilboa when sheriff’s deputies say her vehicle left the roadway and hit a utility pole.
The Summersville woman was thrown out of the car, which investigators say caused her death.
The Nicholas County Sheriff’s Department is still investigating.
