State Police Looking For A Wanted Man On Numerous Charges

UNION, WV (WOAY) – Police are looking for a man that is wanted out of West Virginia and Virginia.

State Police is looking for Andrew Shane Blankenship, dob: 6/29/1988, height 5’9″, weighs 200 pounds, has black hair, and brown eyes.   Blankenship is wanted on several outstanding warrants from Monroe County, WV.

Mr. Blankenship is wanted for the following :

Capias (Bench Warrant): Driving While License Suspended or Revoked, Improper Registration & Failure to Signal

Capias (Bench Warrant): Driving Revoked for DUI-3rd Offense

Felony Warrants: Bringing Stolen Property Into WV (2 Counts) & Conspiracy (2 Counts)

Misdemeanor Warrants: Entry of a Motor Vehicle, Petit Larceny & Bringing Stolen Property Into WV

Andrew Shane Blankenship is also wanted in Alleghany County, VA for the following charges:

Petit Larceny (Misdemeanor: 2 Counts), Grand Larceny (Felony: 2 Counts) & Breaking & Entering (Felony: 3 Counts)
