Oak Hill, WV (WOAY) – If you’re looking to cozy up to a good book to escape the cold or seeking holiday gifts for the bookworms in your life, the Southern Appalachian Labor School is hosting its last book sale of the year on Saturday, December 7.
The sale will kick off at 10:00 am until 3:00 pm at the historic Oak Hill High School at 140 School Street.
There will be numerous genres to choose from, including thrillers, biographies, religion, self-help, travel, and more.
This month’s sale will feature a large collection of Christmas and New Year holiday books gathered over the year.
Most hardback books will be $1, while the price for paperback books is set at 50 cents.
Additionally, a wall of romance novels written by notable authors will be on sale for 25 cents each.
