Second Raleigh County Court employee tests positive for COVID-19

BECKLEY, WV (WOAY) – A second employee who works at the courthouse in Raleigh County has tested positive for COVID-19.

The employee works at the Raleigh County Judicial Annex Circuit Court’s Office. Judge Andrew Dimlich tells WOAY that the person tested positive on Tuesday. Raleigh County Commissioner Dave Toliver says the Circuit Clerk’s office is closed and will remain closed for 14 days.

Emergency matters will still take place.

The first employee works at the courthouse building across the street.
