CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) – Kanawha County Commissioner Ben Salango has won the Democratic nomination for governor of West Virginia. Salango’s victory in Tuesday’s primary sets him up for a November showdown with coal billionaire and incumbent Republican Gov. Jim Justice.
