Ronceverte Woman Arrested For Narcotics And Intent To Deliver

LEWISBURG, WV (WOAY) – Lewisburg Police investigating a suspicious vehicle arrested a Ronceverte woman on narcotics charges Sunday evening.

Officers received a complaint of possible drug activity on the parking lot of a local business. Upon investigation, officers noticed drug paraphanelia within the vehicle. Approximately 6.5 grams of methamphetamine, oxymorphone, clonazepam pills and suboxone were also located in the vehicle.

Tammy Lynn Judy, 40 of Ronceverte was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance with the intent to deliver. She was arraigned before Greenbrier County Magistrate Brenda Smith and lodged in the Southern Regional Jail in Beckley in lieu of a $50,000.00 bond.

Ptlm. S. T. Rodoussakis is the investigating officer in this case. He was assisted by other members of the Lewisburg Police Department and the Greenbrier County Sheriff’s Department.
