BLUESTONE– The Raleigh County Sheriff’s Office is currently investigating a string of larcenies in the Bluestone area.

On Wednesday Deputies responded to an attempted larceny complaint on Bluestone Road. The victim had indicated he found a male subject attempting to steal the victim’s belongings, including a lawnmower. Upon confronting the suspect, the suspect left the area. Deputies began searching for the suspect and contacted Sgt. W.R. Killen and K-9 Bella to perform a track. During the course of the track and search for the suspect, Deputies discovered several other lawnmowers had been stolen from different victims in the area, some of which were recovered. As a result of the track, search, and subsequent investigation Deputies arrested Keith Edward Foley, 32, of Lanark. Foley was processed and taken to SRJ pending arraignment.
