MACARTHUR, WV (WOAY) – The Raleigh County Sheriff’s Department are investigating an incident of a man taking pictures up a woman’s skirt at Wal-Mart.
Erica Stewart said she was shopping with her three children when a man tried to take a picture under her skirt.
The incident happened around 5:30 on Wednesday, June 6, 2018.
She describes the man having facial hair, in his 30’s and wearing a black t-shirt that has AC1 or A1C on it.
The Raleigh County Sheriff’s Department is investigating the incident.
