Raleigh County Man Shoots Up Meth And Starts Hearing People In The Walls

CRAB ORCHARD, WV (WOAY) – A Raleigh County man is in jail for strangling a woman after hearing people in the walls.

According to a criminal complaint, Joshua Hubbard, allegedly shot up methamphetamine and started hearing people in the walls.  He accused a woman of hiding these people.  Hubbard grabbed a woman, threw her on the bed, and began to choke her.  He continued to choke the woman throughout the night.  The woman was not able to leave because Hubbard had a bat on his lap making threats to hit her if she tried to leave.

Hubbard is charged with domestic battery and strangulation.  He is being held in the Southern Regional Jail under a 25,000 dollar bond.
