GHENT, WV (WOAY) – A Raleigh County man is in jail after causing a disturbance at Motel 6 and Lions Den.
According to a criminal complaint, on December 2, 2018, a deputy responded to Odd Road in Ghent to the Motel 6. Jonathon Smith was screaming making a scene towards customers at the Motel 6 and Lions Den.
An employee told deputies that Smith pulled down his pants, bent over and exposed himself. Smith later told police he had been doing methamphetamine.
Smith is charged with domestic battery, indecent exposure, disorderly conduct, and public intoxication. He being held in Southern Regional Jail under a 2,500 dollar bond.
