GELN DANIEL, WV (WOAY) – A Raleigh County Man is arrested and charged for sexual abuse of a 5 year old.
According to court documents, Joshua Anthony Stewart, 33, of Glen Daniels is charged for sexual abuse after he licked and touched his daughters genital areas.
The victim told her mother and she called police. The victim told police that this happened at her fathers residence on the bed.
Two children stated Joshua Stewart had committed very similar actions on them back in 2013.
Stewart was arrested on Thursday, June 7, 2018, and is being held in the Southern Regional Jail on a 250,000 dollar bond.
