RALEIGH COUNTY, WV (WOAY) – A Raleigh County man is in Southern Regional Jail after being arrested and charged with DUI and Driving While Revoked for a third time.
Raleigh County Sheriff’s Deputies were responding to a separate call Tuesday evening when they reportedly noticed a vehicle moving with one front tire missing. The deputies recognized Jonathan Holsten on-site, noticing multiple signs of impairment. Tests showed Holsten to reportedly have a BAC higher than the legal nationwide limit of 0.08%.
Deputies later determined this was the third instance Holsten had been charged with driving under the influence and driving while revoked. He is in Southern Regional Jail on an $8,500 bail.
