Beckley, WV (WOAY)- The Raleigh County Family Resource Network will host a blood drive on Thursday, November 21, in partnership with the American Red Cross.
The drive will be at the Heart of God ministries in Beckley from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
The event comes as the Red Cross reports a growing need for donations, particularly O-negative, A-negative, and B-negative blood.
The drive will have gifts, prizes, food, and more.
There is an extra incentive for agencies to encourage their members to donate blood.
The agency that gets the most donors to give blood will win a trophy and bragging rights.
