Raleigh County Courthouse to reopen on Monday with some modifications

BECKLEY, WV (WOAY) – The Raleigh County Courthouse will reopen on Monday, May 11, 2020, with some modifications.

County Administrator Jeff Miller, tells WOAY that starting on Monday, May 11, 2020, the Raleigh County Courthouse will reopen to the public and all staff members under normal business hours.

There will only be one entrance for the public, which will be the ground entrance on Prince Street. Everyone, including staff members, will be required to wear a mask if inside the courthouse.

Miller also said that plexiglass has been installed in certain areas to protect staff and the public.  Tape has also been laid down to continue to support social distancing.
