WYOMING COUNTY– A man charged in a 2012 murder in Wyoming County was back in court on Monday.
Prosecuting Attorney Michael Cochrane tells WOAY probable cause was found for all charges Terry Paul Browning is facing. Those include 1st degree murder, conspiracy to commit murder, conspiracy to commit insurance fraud, insurance fraud and robbery.
Cochrane says a grand jury will convene on Tuesday to indict Browning on these charges.
Browning was charged with the 2012 murder of Elsker Lee Hurley on June 8th.
