Princeton, WV (WOAY) – The beloved Princeton Street Fair returns this Saturday, June 14, from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
The celebration will take over the Mercer Street Grassroots District with live music, family-friendly activities, and over 100 unique vendors.
Attendees will find a diverse range of offerings, from funnel cakes to fine woodworking, tie-dye to handcrafted art.
There will be plenty of activities for the kids too, such as Ferris wheel rides, waterslides, bounce houses, crafts, and putt-putt golf.
Local favorites, including The Hatter’s Bookshop, Boc-Hord Brewery, Jimmie’s Restaurant, and Stages Music School, will all be part of the action, along with live student performances, special sales, and hands-on activities.
You’ll also have an opportunity to get a bird’s-eye view photo of all the fun from the Ferris wheel, which is free to ride thanks to Xfinity and the City of Princeton.Â
Two music stages will feature artists such as Grace Campbell, The Allen Smith Band, The Gardeners, and many more.
The stilt-walking, bubble-blowing Fluidity Circus Troupe will dazzle spectators outside the Renaissance Theater!Â
RiffRaff Arts Collective presents the annual event, with support from The City of Princeton, WVU Medicine/Princeton Community Hospital, Optimum, Princeton Rescue Squad, Southern Highlands, and USA Martial Arts.
Organizers extend special thanks to the Public Works Department, Princeton Police Department, Fire Departments, Princeton Public Library, and downtown businesses for their support and cooperation.Â
