Police Need Your Help Locating A Vehicle And Driver After Hit & Run In Fayette County

SMITHERS, WV (WOAY) – The Smithers Police Department is asking for your help locating a vehicle and the driver after an early morning hit and run that left one person in critical condition.

According to Chief Keglor, the incident happened at around 1:40-1:43 am Friday morning on US Route 60. The driver hit a male in his 30’s and fled the scene.  There is front end damage and due to the parts left at the scene the vehicle is a 2018 Ford Fiesta in bay mint color.

If you have any information that could help police or see the vehicle, you are asked to call the Smithers Police Department at 304-442-5296 or 911.
