OAK HILL, WV (WOAY) – Police in Oak Hill are looking for a suspect who broke into a vehicle on Halloween.
Surveillance video shows the suspect broke into a vehicle on Harvey Avenue in Oak Hill. The suspect also stole a bicycle on a neighboring street.
