Pax man facing long list of charges

FAYETTE COUNTY, WV (WOAY)-A Pax man is facing a list of charges in Fayette County.  Sheriff Mike Fridley released the following information regarding this incident.

On Monday evening a Fayette County Sheriff’s Deputy was dispatched to the Corner Store in Pax regarding a shoplifting complaint.  Upon the Deputy’s arrival, the suspect had left the scene,  but was positively identified by the staff.  The Deputy located the subject walking nearby a short time later.

Phillip Endicott of Pax was arrested for petit larceny regarding the theft from the store.  Endicott also had outstanding warrants for a late August breaking & entering complaint that had occurred on church property in Pax. The charges from that incident are felony Breaking and Entering, Conspiracy (misd), and Destruction of Property.  He will now await court proceedings for the charges in both incidents.
