WYOMING COUNTY, WV (WOAY) – Dennis Ray Fulkerson can blame his driver for getting caught on a sexual assault charge.
Oceana Police Officer T.J. Justice told a local newspaper that the car Fulkerson was in was pulled over Sunday for reckless driving in Wyoming County.
He said the driver had a valid driver’s license, but the vehicle was registered out of state, so he had to run a warrant check on everybody in the car.
Fulkerson’s name came back with a warrant filed in Mabscott for abduction and sexual assault.
The 22-year-old is in the Southern Regional Jail on a $200,000 bond.
