Oak Hill woman killed in weekend ATV accident

CRAWLEY, WV (NEWS RELEASE) – On Sunday, February 04, 2018, at approximately 4:00 a.m., Deputy B. W. Mitchell, of the Greenbrier County Sheriff’s Office, responded to a traffic accident on US Route 60 near Crawley, WV.

The single vehicle accident involved an eastbound ATV side by side that was occupied by three individuals. The ATV ran off of the roadway on the south side and began to roll, resulting in the ejection of two of the individuals from the vehicle. All three occupants sustained injuries as a result of the crash and two of the injured were transported to Charleston Area Medical Center.

One of the occupants, identified as Stacey Marie McClung, age 21 of Oak Hill, WV, succumbed to her injuries.
