ROCKVIEW– A Pineville man is facing charges after a fatal car accident.
William David Lambert was driving early Thursday morning around 7:15 on WV 10 near Rockview. Lambert lost control and ran the car into a creek.
There was one passenger in the car who died at the scene. Their identity has not been released.
Lambert has been charged with DUI causing death.
