Oak Hill Man Arrested For The Third Time Due To Felony Traffic Offenses

OAK HILL, WV (WOAY) – An Oak Hill man has been arrested on felony traffic offenses for the third time in just a few weeks. Sheriff Mike Fridley released the following information regarding this incident.

Sheriff Mike Fridley executed a felony warrant and two misdemeanor warrants this afternoon on a subject at Shilo Mobile Home Park in Oak Hill. Roger D. Ingram, 39 of Oak Hill, had an active felony warrant for 3rd Offense Driving While License Revoked Due to DUI. Ingram also had two active warrants for No Operators and Operating an ATV on a Highway. These warrants were obtained by Deputy B.K. Fernandez after encountering Ingram operating a vehicle a few days ago. This is the 3rd such arrest Ingram has been the subject of in the last few weeks. He was not able to post the $10,000 bond set by the Fayette County Magistrate’s Office and was remanded to the Southern Regional Jail. The Fayette County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office will file for bond revocations on the previous arrests tomorrow.
