NICHOLAS COUNTY, WV (WOAY) – A man is in jail after stabbing another man in the head and neck. He also was stealing electricity from a neighbor since the summer months.
According to court documents, Ricky Clark, stabbed a man in the head and neck. Deputies observed several puncture wounds on the left side of his head, left shoulder, and the back of his neck.
Clark was also charged two days later for breaking into a house and stealing electricity. Clark made entry into a woman’s home and ran an extension cord through a window and plugged into an electrical outlet. The defendant had been doing this since the summer. The victim told him to stop but he wouldn’t.
Clark is charged with malicious wounding, burglary, and procuring utilities. He is being held in the Central Regional Jail under a 55,000 dollar bond.
