New WV bill would allow you to drive or ride a motorcycle without a helmet

WEST VIRGINIA (WOAY) – A bill introduced in a committee in both the House and Senate would allow someone to operate a motorcycle without a helmet.

HB 2070 and SB 153 would allow persons who are 21 years of age or older to operate or be a passenger on a motorcycle without a helmet if they have held a motorcycle license for a minimum of two years.
