CHARLESTON, WV (WOAY) – A new bill introduced in the House of Delegates on Monday would change when you could buy beer and wine on Sundays.
HB 4770 is to allow the sale of beer and wine beginning at 10 am on Sundays, instead of waiting until 1 pm.
