Yesterday, officers from the Mullens Police Department served an arrest warrant on Tyrone Miller of Mullens for two counts of delivery of a controlled substance of oxycodone. Mr. Miller was taken into custody at a traffic stop which resulted in three more charges of possession with intent to deliver suboxone and oxycodone.
Officers also arrested Andrew Canterbury of Mullens, for two counts of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.
Officers conducted a search warrant on the residence of Miller where they recovered several unmarked bottles of pills and drug paraphernalia. Miller has two counts of delivery of a controlled substance and three counts of possession with intent. Canterbury is charged with two counts of possession without a prescription. Both men were transported to Southern Regional Jail.
