Mount Olive Correctional Officer Arrested For Grand Larceny

FAYETTE COUNTY (WOAY)- A fugitive from justice has been arrested this evening in the Cannelton area of Fayette County.

A Scarbro man has been arrested this evening by Deputies in the Cannelton area, who is wanted on a felony charge of Grand Larceny. Frank Leon Jones, 46, is wanted by the New York Police Department for 2nd Degree Grand Larceny, and has been remanded to the Southern Regional Jail to await extradition proceedings.

Jones was arrested without incident at the Mount Olive Correctional Complex where he is employed as a correctional officer.
