A Monroe County sheriff’s deputy has been arrested and charged with soliciting nude photos from a minor.
Evan Paul Blankenship was the subject of a state police investigation that resulted in more than ten charges related to the creation, possession and distribution of sexually explicit materials involving children.
Blankenship was arrested and arraigned today. He was released on a thirty thousand dollar bond.
